Clara's 22nd Birthday Surprise!

So it was a whole busy week for the special girl. Errands to run and make sure that the presents, cake are settled before the surprise.

Monday:
Went to one of my customers to get the Panasonic Lumix LX5. The boss is so nice to give me a good discount for it. Got it at $100 plus off retail price. Awesome or what? :)
After that, rushed to Bishan to meet Melvinn to pass him the camera, so that he can charged it before Saturday and Clara can use it to take photos on the actual surprise day.

Tuesday:
Got Stella to check out outlets of bakeries for cakes. She helped to check out the size/weight available and gave me the prices. And i tried my best to select the best one in order to cater to the large group of people attending. Final decision was Awfully Chocolate. Serves up to 15pax, though we have a total of 21pax. But considering the fact that most will be too full after the dinner, the size was just right.

Thursday:
Town alone to search for the presents that I wanna put together for her. There was this once when we went out shopping together and she had a few stuff she had in mind to get, but didn't. So i thought it was a good idea to get it all for her.
Got her a New Look Gorgeous Wedges, a jacket from MDS collection, and went Daiso to get gift boxes to fit the presents in.

Saturday:
Collected cake from Awfully Chocolate and off we went to Watami The Central! We went last min shopping and bought another gift to put it in for her!

It's one of my favorite frangrance, and I think she will like it as well (I hope!) LOL

And we girls went camwhoring in the decorated private rooms waiting. The guys were waiting for the balloons delivery guy to arrive. He was so late! Almost couldn't make it before the birthday girl arrived!

Got ready our party poppers and waiting and waiting.. And when the birthday girl arrived outside and we could peep thru the gap. It was funny cos we were trying to lower down our volume and the guys kept giggling.

First time trying out the Ten Dollar KTV @ Chinatown. After KBox stopped their $8 promo, it became so expensive. So we've to find a cheaper alternative. It's located at 35 Smith Street.

1 free bowl of 'sharkfin' and free flow drinks. To be honest, I prefer KBox or Party World so much more. The room and the sound system there just suck. Even the sofa wasn't as comfy. So pay more for comfy and quality.

Stella and Rach sang Shinee's and some other Korean bands' songs and it was so damn funny. They sound totally like Flippino, LOL. FAN-TAS-TIC~! But seriously, those MVs are really impressive. Can't even compare to Taiwan's. Taiwan ones just looked shitty and low production.

Friday Night 19 Nov

Met boyf after work and surprisingly, he said he wanna take me to Watami! It just newly opened at Bishan Junction 8! So goddamn awesome, good Japanese restaurant in neighborhood area :P

As expected, the queue was long, and we had to wait.. But at that point of time, Jie Min called. Haha, she read my tweet and she was there with Kangming too! So we went to join them at their table.

So boyf got convinced by Kangming that the set meal is much worth it, and so 2 couples, 2 set meals. Super gey kiang! The food was so much that it was OVERWHELMING! We couldn't even fit all the food onto 2 huge tables and had to join another table. There was this old couple sitting beside us, and before they left, the uncle wished us Good Luck in finishing the food. So imagine! hahaha.

Haha boyf was beating the egg so loudly that everyone was looking over.

Lennard was so funny. He called to ask where were we. So Jie Min told him, "Watami". Then he came J8 to meet us and we were talking about the bill. Then he asked, "Walau why your wan ton mee so expensive?!" HAHAHA!

After Dinner, it was arcade fishing time!

Hada Labo Arbutin Whitening Lotion

Ended up buying one. It's too good to resist! Bought the blue one instead of just the hydrating one. Why? Becos it has another purpose, Double whitening and Vitamin C!
I'm very particular about Whitening. I need it to fade my acne scars. Used it for the first time last night. Super hydrating and made my skin feels soft like baby skin. Loving it already! :)

Yay! I've finally got my skincare products settled! :) Yup, ProActiv. The range is really.. costly, comparing to the other ranges. But it really targets my main problem, acne prone skin.

and i really hope it helps to clear up my pimply skin and gives me better complexion. Give me time, I'll do a review soon!

The whole set (4 items) costs $91.90 in aLT at heeren. But there's 20% discount going on right now. Plus Jie Min gave me a $10 voucher. So i only paid $63.50! AWESOME OR WHAT!

Hada Labo has really good reviews. But I'm not sure if it targets my problem (acne-prone)? It works like a cheaper version of SKII. Anyone knows if moisturizer is still necessary after applying the hydrating lotion?

Kose's Junkisei's Prime is for older women? Yes or No? I read from Lotus Palace that it targets late 20s to early 30s. But it's really cheap becos of the blog readers' discounts.

Hmmm.. Maybe Hada Labo seems like a better choice.

Steamboat with my favourite people!

So Saturday, Boyf went to work and I was lazing at home the whole day. Then headed off to Eewei's place for steamboat! Stella couldn't join us becos of her FLB flea.
There were so many events on that day, and I only could chose 1 to go to (BBQ, Boyf's Mom's Birthday dinner, Steamboat). And I confirmed with the girls in the first place. It was kinda rude not going for his mom's bday dinner, but I've got no choice :(

Ok, so Eewei prepared loads of yummy food for us. Shabu Shabu, Cheese Tofu, Meatballs, prawns etc.

After steamboat, Rach and me had our round of Wii games in Eewei's room. HAHA I'm the Pro in Tennis, but Rach won me in Bowling.
Till about 10 plus, Stella called and we changed location to Gena's place to chill. It's so good to stay so near each other. Too bad i shifted away since 12years ago, and i like AMK more now.

That dog lover kept playing with Coach(the hyperactive dog). He became so fat now. and I've no idea why he's itching all over. LOL

I love Gena's new renovated room with the platform. So cosy la, the whole concept. Haha according to her, it isn't new, just that I haven't been there for ages.

After steamboat, I went off to meet the usuals at the BBQ. We were supposed to watch The Human Centipede. But unfortunately, there were some files error or what. I wouldn't dare to watch it alone, thought we could watch as a group and grossed out together. HAHA. But well, next time then..

I missed the interview on Saturday, without even thinking about it. Till it's over.. Have i given up this dream? I'm not too sure.. I guess I might try again when I'm ready. But just not now..

Everytime i finished a meal, I would feel hungry almost immediately. It's like I haven't even eat. Had McD ytd at 11.30pm :X So damn sinful, but i can't help it. Friends, get ready to see me balloon up to 60kg! which is easily achievable. I'm only 2kg away. But I can't let it happen! It's going to be the end of my life.. WHY the hell did I let loose myself to this stage?!! OMFG.

It was a girls' night out on Wednesday. WE ARE GOING TO BUTTER FACTORY TO CELEBRATE THE 3 GIRLS' BIRTHDAYS!!!

But before that, we had our dinner at Everything with Fries. Sad to say, the food is rather disappointing. The bun is quite tough, and there isn't anything special about the fries? Tasted like shaker fries from McD in different flavors. *tons of MSG*

And we bumped into Melvinn and Clara who were there for their anniversary dinner! So they sat with us till it's time for Mel to leave and us to head over to Butter Factory.

Since most of them are working the next day, we went really early, like 10pm?
We started off with drinks and games first!

Gong Cha vs KOI

Thursday and I'm not looking forward to weekend this time round. Still have to work at the Canon Photo Marathon :( Hate the waste my weekend on work. I wouldn't mind if I'm doing something I love. Mad tired.

Anyway, Stella and me met up yesterday and we went to catch 'Life As We Know It' @ Golden Village Plaza Sing. It's free! I thought it was 1 for 1, misread the sms. So it was free, just have to show the counter staff the sms that GV sent to us.

Awesome or what?! Go sign up as GV member now! So may good deals. Totally worth it. (Membership is free).

The movie is so sad in the beginning, and then there is a sweet twist to it. You just have to watch it, and I'm not gonna give you spoilers over here. hehe! cos i hate others telling me spoilers of movies that I haven't watch as well.

Before the movie, Stella and me went searching for Gong Cha outlet in Plaza Singapura. We searched all over the basement 1 and 2 and couldn't find it. So we googled on our iPhone and found the location! It's actually at the old Rocky Master area outside Plaza Sing.
We both got the recommended Alisan Tea. And to my surprise, the milk foam on the tea is SALTY?! exactly like what Jiemin said, "taste like butter." But when you mixed it into the tea, it's actually quite alright. Unique huh?
But i got sick of it even before finishing it. I think the standard milk tea is still the nicest.

emotional wreck

Today, I was talking to my colleague about what happened between my family and sister, the drama that was going on, that caused us to fall out and became 'strangers'.
It's been 4-5months and my sister has not yet called once. I always think to myself, "How can someone be so heartless?", and wonder if she ever did thought about coming back home..
I miss my nieces so much :'( and all I can do is, stalk my sister's fb profile and steal photos of them and save in my phone. She deleted my bro and me off as friends, and locked up her profile. But her photos are still public, and I'm really hoping she wouldn't set it to private in the future. Becos this is the one and only way left for me to get updates of my nieces.
I've missed out so much from my niece's childhood, not being there when she learns how to speak in proper sentences etc. I will miss out on her first day of school too.. and my lil baby niece learning to walk and talk. I can't help but cry when all these thoughts came to mind. Who will understand what I'm going through? It's a pain that no one can help me to get rid of..
The argument was few weeks before my niece Shermaine's birthday and baby niece Corrine's Full month. I wanted to buy this cute pink pair of Crocs that I saw for her, but I won't have the chance to pass to her..

I don't feel sad that my sister and me aren't talking anymore. But my nieces are sweethearts that I'll do anything for, and they are so dear to me. Tell me what can I do! I always have the urge to call her, but I know she will never talk to me, or even allow me to see her daughters..
I know my parents and bro are going through the same thing, but we chose not to bring it up. Becos it hurts all of us so deeply.

Sigh.. I hope things will get better and in some ways, I'm able to see and carry them again.. Sweethearts, Yiyi misses both of you very very very much! :'(

Dinner with Jayme ytd @ Bugis. I've no idea why everyone always meet me in Bugis. Becos I work nearby? I'm willing to travel to town too! Haha getting sick of this place.
Shopping in Bugis Street and went back to amk together. We ended up sitting at amk McD for a drink, to catchup.

I realized we're quite similar in some ways, maybe our point of views in different matters. We're such long time friends, and it's amazing how we still keep in touch till today. We're not the kind of friends who talk/sms/meet often. But we msn often though. We know each other since we were 12? 10years.. Through these years, we've all changed, especially her. She has became much more matured. We did so many silly things in the past. And i still remember this particular incident whereby she betrayed me by telling the group of ah lians in school about how much i didn't like them, and almost got me into trouble. Haha, I didn't know why i forgave her after not talking. But now, I'm glad i did :) She was there for me, when that bastard hurt me(physically). And I'm still grateful till today for what her boyf and her did for me.
Everyone has their own problems, you won't know till they share with you. They might seem like they're doing perfectly fine, but that's becos you don't know much. We shared ours, and i think only a few friends actually know what I've been going thru. She's one of the friends who know about my everything, from the past till now. And it's good that I've someone to talk to whenever i feel the need to.

I don't need many friends, but just true friends who will be there for me when I'm down. There are hardly any of such left in my life.. I used to be really upset when i lost a friend, but as i grow up, I think I just have to take things easy. Friends come and go. Those who stay, are definitely the ones to keep for life :)

Insomnia

I couldn't sleep last night, and it was a torture! Tossed and turned for hours, and falling asleep only at 5am.. and woke up at 8am. dead tired now.

My mind ran through so many random thoughts while trying to sleep. I keep thinking.. And seriously, i'm so unlucky in life, regardless of anything. Just pure bad luck. Nothing goes smoothly for me. For example, my career. I always don't get what I really wanna do/like doing, and end up with jobs that are willing to take me in. And of cos, I take them cos I do not wanna be penniless.
There was this period of time that I really wanna work in bank. Interviewed for 3 different banks and none called me back.
I've always wanted to be an air stewardess for SIA. And after trying for SO MANY COUNTLESS (not exactly la, i know how many times i tried la. LOL), the result is still....
I'm so sian right now. TELL ME WHAT TO DO!!!

I just want to do something i really like. Why is it so difficult?!!

It's Friday again! Haha Friday is a happy day for blogging mood.

Spent quite a bit this week. Cos there were 2 Girls' Night Out meetups.
So Tuesday was with Stella and Rach. We had Suki Sushi, cravings for Jap food again! I love Salmon Sashimi and will never get sick of it! HEHE.

And we went to catch Devil at Cineleisure. Guess what? Our theatre was at Level 6, Hall 6 and it was $6! Freaky but obviously they do that on purpose to freak you out more. The anticipation was good. hmmm.. Movie, not quite.

Then Wednesday was another dinner date with my lovelys (V) @ Punggol Marina.

Clara bought a chick, and put it in the box. Managed to sneak into the station, but the chick was chirping and chirping nonstop and the staff caught us before we could board the train. LOL so funny. Poor Clara got to put the chick back to its original home and till now, haven't got the chance to get it back cos of the super KPO lady who refused to return back to her, despite the fact that she has already collected $10 from Clara. What a bitch!

Okay, not a lot of pics taken. But we did had fun spending time together. I hope we'll all get closer and do this more often :)

It's Friday once again, and it means seeing my usuals again. But this time round, my lovergirl Karie is flying off to Melbourne tonight. It sucks badly not seeing her around during supper and gatherings :(

I've no idea when we became this close, and she has became a huge part of my life. and the other girls as well. We've all established such awesome friendship that I look forward to seeing them all the time. They make life so much more fun, and meaningful.

Girl, Work hard for your career! I'll miss you whenever you're not around. And we'll promise to meet up whenever you're back. Can't wait to hear from you about all the trips! :)

Boyf and me made a pact to lose weight yesterday night. Cos I went to get my weighing machine and made him weigh himself and realised he gained weight again. He's even heavier than he was when he first enlisted to army! 95kg!
My weight remained at 58kg, so freaking fat. It's a freaking 5kg since 2 years ago.
So on the 31st Oct, we'll weigh ourselves again to see if we lose any :)

His target weight: 90kg
Mine: 53kg

I don't think I can lose that much, but to be fair, we set a 5kg each.
I MUST NOT BE LAZY ANYMORE. either i workout, or i don't eat. no more excuses.

Anyway, one of my friends called me today and talked to me about SIA interview. He got thru on the recent one and told me not to give up. Since now they're still carrying out mass recruitments. Never know when they'll stop hiring. So told me not to give up on the opportunities.
Now i'm contemplating if i should go for the next again! arghhhh!

Back to blogging..

So i went for my 5th attempt on Saturday and failed badly.. (worst than my previous exp!) got booted out in round 1. Hah! expected it cos the qns was too tough!!!
and i decided to give up on this dream. Now i'm aimless and lost again. Well.. maybe i won't give it up totally. Just that when i can get back some confidence and try again.
Hate it when i don't always get what i want, ALWAYS :'(

But what cheers me up is that, I can still hang out with the usuals and boyfriend on weekends and we can still spend special occasions together without being miles apart :)

So last Saturday, we went to Sunset Grill for dinner to celebrate Melvinn's Birthday! :)

Happy! Cos just read from forum that another interview is coming up on 25th sept! Another interview meaning another chance :)

I've been slacking alot on my diet. Should work harder now. Gotta be alot more disciplined and strict!

*Gotta go running 2-3 times a week. Every session at least 30mins!
*Avoid all fried and oily food. For weight loss and complexion!
*Strictly no snacking.
*Improves on my pronunciation and practice on reading aloud.
*Smack mask every 2days.
*go for facial diligently and clear off out black/whiteheads

I'm blessed with nice friends around me, people whom i can rely on. Though i wouldn't say I've many, but at least some that stays close to my heart.

I'm starting to think about everyone including boyf who has stepped into the working society. We had less time together as there are things we had to get busy with in our own life. Are we all gonna be drifting away when we get older? Where were those carefree days when we were younger, with no burden? Youth is so precious, and we've to cherish and make good use of it before it's too late. Before you know it, it's never coming back.

And will it feels weird without Karie around during weekends and gatherings? Even during CNY. sigh, i know i'm gonna miss her..

I'm hoping to find a better job soon. TARGET $2.5k in a year's time. possible?

I'm still stuck in this situation when i'm not moving forward. Show me a way.

I was feeling super demoralized today. Just feel that why everyone can do so easily but not me. It's been a real obstacle for me.. I swear I've never wanted something so badly, and it sucks that I can't make it thru the interview rounds.. sigh. Just wondering if I should give my dream up today..

Prunes Galore!

I went on a prunes galore ytd at Toa Payoh NTUC. Got Prune juice, and pitted prunes for munching. I used to drink the Innershine Prune Essence, but it's too costly to maintain for daily consumption. So I got the cheaper alternative.

Prunes are super awesome! I didn't know it has so much nutritions!
It contains antioxidants that are particularly effective in neutralizing a particularly dangerous oxygen radical called superoxide anion radical, and they have also been shown to help prevent oxygen-based damage to fats.
Okay, too much facts. In short, prunes are good for digestion, good cure for constipation, prevents weight gain and cancer cells, and good for complexion.

I'm gonna continue this prunes obsession forever :) LOL

I'm currently using Heme 24hr Hydrating Ultra-White Lift V-Mask that i got from Watsons.

Why I Bought It:

1.This mask has whitening, hydrating and lifting effects. 3 in 1 ! awesome or what? Not that I need the lifting effect, but since it's all in one, why not? 5pcs at the price of SGD $20.90. I thought it's reasonable.

2. I was looking for face masks with the holes that i can hook over my ears, becos i hate to waste time lying down just for face mask, and that's the reason why i don't have time to take care of my skin with mask.

You can simply just hook over your ears and do whatever you wanna do, even walking around without the mask falling off.

1 additional thing that I found out only after buying it. It provides full coverage of your entire face! There's an additional portion of the sheet that you can wrap around on your chin/upper front neck, and hook it over your ears again for the lifting effect. So now your face can be fully taken care of.

Reviews:

After using just 2 pieces, I can see visible results of whitening. Acne scars are slightly fading. But it's not really that obvious. Still, it works to a certain extent.

Since there's a total of 5pcs, I will continue my skincare experiment and see if there's better results when i finish using all of it.

Baby started work for almost a week. And everything's been good for him. As for me, I'm still working at the same old place, same old routine, same old pay. I'm looking forward to my bonus by end of this month! :D Happy! I hope I get at least 1 and a 1/2 month. Srsly need that money! I wanna save it up for my overseas trip!

Oh, I've been obsessed with skincare recently. Must be my failure at the recent SIA interview that causes this. I got booted out in skin check, so I've got to be taking better care of my skin. I'm desperate!!! But on a happier note, Karie got in! and she's gonna start a new chapter of her life, flying around and earning. Every girl's dream! I will work hard towards it. Even if I don't get in after many attempts, I've no regrets.

Talking about skincare, I just ordered My Beauty Diary Face Masks online. Dirt cheap! only $1.30 per piece! I ordered like 10pcs? and postage is free!!! I'll order more if the effect is good.

But I regret buying so many of the same. Got Red Wine, Black Pearl and Rose. But then, i don't think i'll can tell which ones work better if i keep changing the different masks right?

2am and i still can't sleep..

Anyway, i just replaced my old template to the default one. since i don't blog much, doesn't really matter what template i used.

So I just got into Jetstar, but am not taking up the offer. It's not what i want after all.. My ultimate dream is still SIA. I wanna go around the world to explore, not just doing turnaround flights everyday. This sat, pls make it happen!!! I'll diligently apply face masks, eyes masks etc. LOL, like it helps much.

Happy note, I just lose 2kgs!!! don't know if the weighing machine is faulty. I hope not. Hee :D

Oh, and i've been watching the World Cup matches. Exciting la. keeping me awake thru the nights.

hey hey. i'm back blogging! :) but i'm sure nobody follows anymore. it's fine, i enjoy just ranting out without caring too much abt what the others think anyway.

so i finally got my Macbook White. next month will be my iphone! i heard that the red and blue version is launching in jan 2010. so i'm waiting desperately. if not i would have gotten it this month too. felt so left out when yoke elyn and faizul were all talking abt how awesome the apps are, and jailbreaking it. i can't wait to get my hands on it too..

2009 is coming to an end in 9days. and to me, i don't felt much changes. i didn't achieve anything that's amazing/fascinating. but at least i went for my first attempt of SIA. it was a good experience. at least i MADE myself go even though i was totally suffering from low self-esteem and morale. lol. weight and complexion issues = BIG AND SERIOUS ISSUES.

let me think.. 2009:

- got a full time job as admin assistant, and still slogging here..

- ehh... i don't rmb any huge and memorable events actually. except everyone turning 21, including myself.

i hope 2010 will be a better one with fun-filled events.

i hope in 2010, i will be able to lose massive weight.

i hope in 2010, i will be able to get into SIA, or find my direction in my career.

i hate myself for..
-being so fat and not doing anything about it.
-allowing myself to gain so much in the first place, so i deserve being fat.
-always saying i wanna save money but i can't..

since the day baby and me got together, i gained a total of 6kg now. and i'm taking it so easily.. but i can't looking myself in the mirror or when i can't fit into pretty clothes. really frustrating. but i'm not doing anything! i still eat so much. like wtf, i know i totally deserve this. i wanna get those determination back from 5 years back.. i will never be below 50kg. i forsee myself to be a fat and ugly, and unglam auntie in the future.
that stupid boy, i asked him the other night, "baby, what do you love about me?" he said a few points that made me really happy. but the last point, totally destroyed everything. he said, "you used to have a quite hot figure.." wth. haha wanna bash him up after he said that.

i neglected this space for LONG LONG TIME. hate blogging without pictures, cos it's so boring. but too bad, i don't have a camera now.

i finished Harper's Island. was rather exciting. the ending of every episode makes you wanna continue watching to find out more. which explained why i'm looking more like a panda now.. i sort of guessed who was the murderer and i got it right! haha. some of the killing scenes were gory, mostly bloody. but how Cal and Chloe died, made me cried. it was so sad.. really..

anyway, work has been really keeping me busy the past few days. one of my colleague left, and i've to take over his accounts. damn it. i've to freaking to do sales now. not in my job scope at all. but boss asked to do, cannot say no :( i've got totally no time to be surfing around as and when i like anymore.. i hope it will not caused me to hate my job? time passes by so quickly. i'm already working in this company for almost 3 months already! at least i'm happy that i've a job. so shouldn't complain ya :))

i have no idea if whatever you wrote in your blog was pointing at me. i'm assuming it is, that explain why im saying what i'm going to say.
i have no intention in the first place to fault anybody about anything. and i know everyone has different priority. i'm not saying that you have to put us in one of your first. at least make some time for us. you know yourself that you don't spend much time with us. everyone plays a part in making all r/s works, esp friendship. if you were us, always initiating to meet, but ended up with disappointment and rejection, will you try again?
i didn't voice my unhappiness to either of you, and i don't deny that deep inside, i didn't have any. i understand everybody has their own things to get busy with. but in the first place, if those sarcastic remarks didn't come from you, it would just stay the way it is. things wouldn't be this ugly. i'm not saying that it's your fault. just that, i had already said that i won't be free in ADVANCE. so why said those things to me?
this friendship between the 5 of us is really dear to me. and i won't say things like, " i'll never meet her again." like how someone had said that to the rest. i guess, afterall, the definition of best friend does differ. it just seems to be that i don't matter to you anymore. is that so? prove me wrong if that's not the case.

i just finished watching the last episode of Gossip Girl Season 2. it's ohsogood. can't wait the new season! the ending was so sweet. Chuck finally said it. the part when they were all figuring out who is Gossip Girl in the room is cute, Nate Blair Chuck and Serena, sitting on the steps. obsession.

i actually have nothing to blog about. weekdays are just work. it's fast. i've already been working in this company for a month. and everything is good. one funny thing happened today. i broke the leg of the office chair. lol. imagine how fat i am. the big fat ass broke the chair!

my life is getting so boring. where's all the friday and saturday nights when friends meetup and go drinking together? i haven't touch alcohol for so long!

and to you, i dont know what to say. somehow i just felt that though we still hang out once in awhile together, but you're just not the one whom i used to know. we don't talk like we did in the past. i don't hate her. just that you and your bff always seem to forget the rest of us with her around. but still, i chose to keep quiet about it. you really made me so angry that day. don't you understand how precious my weekends are, to spend it with my boyf? and you've to make sarcastic remarks. and i can't believe i cried becos of this. i guess deep in my heart, you're one of the important ones in my life. and things changed, but still i don't wanna lose you as a friend. i just wish we can be like the past. i just wish you can treat us more like one of your best friends too. can friends really stick together, till even when we're 80? or they, like what people always say, come and go?

i hate going for all these endless interviews! another one later on at 3pm. i'm really getting so sick and tired of all these..
this weekend is stayed home day! my niece came over on both sat and sun, so it's more family time together. she's getting so adorable each time i see her. lol.
this is the 2nd weekend without baby. one last one and he'll be coming back to me! :) super happy just thinking about it. another 11more days. YAY! i really miss my baby so much. he's leaving for outfield later and will only be back to his camp in taiwan on sat night. 6days without contact. but i'm okay la.. it will be over soon.
it's 3.56am and i'm still awake. gosh.. help me!

i was reading blogs and going through some facebook accounts (including zab's). and came across all the pretty and creative photos and artworks. i've always have an interest in arts, but never have such great talent to produce work like those. or rather i should say, i've no talent at all. i've spent all the before-sleep time thinking about what i do best, and i couldn't think of any. especially at the this point of time, when i'm supposed to start plan my career path.
some interviewers had asked me, "why are you getting jobs in admin? i can see that you're a lively person and i don't think this is the kind of job for you.." then again, don't most of the people in this world work just for the sake of it, and probably didn't like what they do? and just dread going to work, and leading a mundane lifestyle..
i envy people who has the chance to go overseas, pursue after what they aim for in life, and being talented. they're so lucky to be able to expose to such a different environment compared to singapore, and there are so many so many much better opportunities out there. but being talented is a god's gift. it's like, you know what you can do with what you have/possessed, and you get your direction in life.
i don't have money, no talent. and i feel like i'm so lost. then again, i'm not exactly the kind of person who dare to take whatever opportunity that i get. i think alot, and then i'll start telling myself all the cons instead of pros, and give up in the end. i'm not an extremely ambitious person. to me, relationship is quite a big deal and i always think happily ever after. i'll rather choose to be with my love one, then sacrificing him for the other things (like career..) i mean i still will wanna work, but i'll always put his considerations before mine, then decide if this job is suitable for me. it will be like, if it's suitable to fit into his time, then it's for me. and sometimes, i just hate being like this. so i'm pretty much contradicting my whole life. i'm so lost. like what zab and me were discussing about, when it comes to relationship at this point of time when things are changing, when tough decisions have to be made, it seems more like a hindrance. i feel it at times too. i wanted to try out SIA interviews when they were still hiring, but becos he said no, i kinda gave it up. but i felt that this is the only job that i've an interest and passion in, but i can't do it.. it's so tough to even get in, but i haven't even try. i just can't let it died..

my baby is now in taiwan for his training. and i'm really missing him alot. only at times like this, then i realised i really do depend on him alot. is it a good or bad thing? he'll probably like it. lol. he likes me to be his PA, diverting his calls to me. there was this once when his campmate called him and he didn't picked up, so the call was diverted to me. i totally forgot about it too, so i was quite surprised that someone was looking for lionel, calling my no. haha. then i told him, "lionel is busy and not around now. may i know who are you?" then he said, "it's okay." baby called after that and told me that his campmate was super shocked that a girl answered the phone becos it was a weekday and they were all in camp. how was it possible that someone else picked up the phone?! lol it was funny.
but anyway, 19 more days to go. and it's really a long way to go. but we've endured through brunei. once taiwan is over, no more overseas training! so it's good.
ohh, and past few days, i fell sick. it was right after baby left. what an coincidence. my hero is not here to protect me. hahaha! but i'm recovering. feeling alot better from all the sleeps. i slept ALOT! since friday evening, i woke up awhile and slept again. woke up, sleep, woke up, sleep.. just like that, i wasted 2 whole days away. but i felt so weak, and miss baby even more..
wanted to watch S factor just now. but my stupid bro wanted to watch the campus superstar. i missed harper's island too! but lucky i can download that. okay finished download! BYE!

rach and me met up today for lunch .ate so much, lol. but the food was good! :) we met each other at 12.30pm, which is like real early. we seldom meet that early, always late afternoon or evening time.

after that we went shopping for a baby gift set for sherin's newborn, baby zayden. gena took pictures of the baby. i think he really looks like his father, but the rest said they couldn't tell. haven't seen sherin for so long, but i'm glad that she's really happy now, and at least, everyone in her family and her in-laws are quite nice to her. that's good enough. so it's actually okay to get married early. lol. but not for me.

came back rather early. nothing much in town. no money of cos sian la. cannot even shop..

baby is out for field camp. so i can't talk to him tonight. i took a pic of myself and sent MMS to him. haha he replied me, "baby, field camp really sucks. and i miss you so much. but after seeing your picture, i feel so much better. i love you baby. " I LOVE YOU TOO BABY! take care of yourself. counting down to seeing you! 2 more days!!! :)

i'm really desperately looking for job. i didn't know that economic crisis could affect me that much. sigh, still no news from the job agency. i'm now considering to go back recruit express. they've got so much more job offers than other agency. the only thing is that, their contract is also longer and the compensation fee is much more.
i'm so stressed. i think so much esp before i sleep, making me can't sleep.. my bank account is running dry. how long do i have before i empty it? i really need to work so badly.
sometimes i wonder, or rather i think of this very often, but i know it's wrong. i wish i've a better parents, better family. then i won't have to worry so much financially. my friends have the choice to choose if they wanna further studies or get a job. but i don't. my only option is to work and start earning money. becos my parents cannot afford. but i know it's not their fault. it's just a thought, at times. i know i won't exchange my parents even if i'm given the choice. i'm just jealous.
anyway, i read karie's blog. karie, if you're reading this, you're a very nice friend too :) you're not alone. seriously if you're unhappy working there, you can always find another job. it's normal to feel lost. i feel it all the time. let's jiayou together!

and anyway, i'm officially unemployed now. bad and good. i'm looking for jobs now again. hate going for all the interviews. and no more shopping for me.

good thing that i can spend weekends with the boyfriend!

i've learnt my lesson. to look for job carefully now! make sure that the working hours suit me before i make any decision.

weekend burnt. i'll be working on sat. boyf book out early sat, book in 8pm on that very night. i finish at 7.30pm!!! can't meet.. sunday i'm off, he's going for live range in camp. monday he's booking out, i'm working. so i've already planned to get MC on monday! :) so i can at least spend a day with boyf.

meeting up with clara kow and yunfan this thursday. haven't seen them for years, time for meetup! and i've gotta plan to meet bettina soon. haven't seen that girl for so so long already! but she's busy working as well.

i started my new job. seriously i really hate it so much.. i cried the first few days before and after work (not at my workplace la. at home). i just feel super stressful about the new piled on things that i've to learn, and also the working hours and days.. probably becos i switched from a total relax and OTOT job to this very restricted and long hours job. i'm still adapting to it.
the first few days, i just can't stop crying. i hate it so so much. i never felt like this before. but i can't quit, due to my contract for 3 months. now, i'm slowly getting it. i still feel like quitting but it's really not easy to get a job now.. everywhere retrenchment, and i wanna quit when i've a job? people will say that i'm stupid. but i'm not happy working there. so what's the point right?
i'm not useless. just unhappy.. don't judge me.
now tell me what should i do next?

OMG i'm super broke.. again. i don't see others with the same problem as me. i'm broke to the extent that i've less than 50bucks. can you imagine? i'm waiting for my pay. but boss is going overseas. so i only can settle my pay with him when he's back. that's like 6/7 of march?! gosh..

wa lau.. my face is getting bad from worse la! breakouts.. i need to put makeup everywhere i go. just to conceal them. it's really fugly. hormones imbalance ahhhhhhh! and the boy is coming back. how to face him?!! lol i think he already used to the ugly side of me. HAHAHAHA!

i'm officially leaving my current job on friday. and starting my new job on monday. i'm quite nervous. it always make me feel this way, becos of the new environment and new colleagues. but i'll get used to it.
